-Update Fuel Delay Changed from .05 to .06( Should make the game about 20% easier)
-Mouse Sensitivity value now displays current slider setting float value
-Procedurally Generated rings now spawn with more varied locations
-HUD is now removed upon death
-MIA Protocol(death menu) Render opacity set to .5 so you can see the ship get lost in space if you run out of fuel not steering
-Lost in Space header added outline for visibility
